Sheriff’s Report

The following report is provided by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. Arrests are made by officers from the following county law enforcement agencies: Apalachicola (APD), Carrabelle (CPD), Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Franklin County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO), Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FLDOACS) and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG).

All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
